Slow Speed

My Internet has been ridiculously slow the past few weeks. I don't have TV so it's my only source of entertainment. Buffering takes hours! It's becoming really frustrating. I don't have a home phone so can't check the line. Tried master socket. Tried resetting. The Internet light keeps going off and back on again. I'm paying for Internet but barely even been able to do anything. I have been using my phone data mainly!

You're seeing the slow speeds due to the connection dropping out frequently. 

 

I've been running line tests but they're not pointing towards any obvious issues.
