Slow Login/Wrong IP allocated

For the past hour we've had a problem with our connection
- No Traffic
- Rebooted the router
- Time for the line to Sync normal
- Time to Login slow (3+ mins)
- When finally logged in the allocated IP does not match our static IP and the internet is unusable
I've check Plusnet's service status page but can't see any issues, anyone any ideas?

EDIT - Also noticed that while it's logging in the router is saying "bad username or password"

Good evening,
Service update is going up in 2mins. We do have an issues trying to establish a connection after discounting.
