Slow Fibre

We have noticed a drop in speed over the last couple of months - can anyone help? Getting desperate now!
Computer numpty so be gentle with me!

Any speed results? Have you test via wifi or ethernet? Double checked any random background programs etc?

Managed to run test wifi via bt wholesale

0.71 upload
Ping 55.5
All tablets etc off - only one laptop - sky not on demand!

Hi Katief,
Can you run the same speed test via ethernet cable to the router please. Could be a potential wireless problem.

Also after the test has run select further diagnostics and report the result

Is says the acceptable range of speed for my line is 7.72 Mbps - 11.03 Mbps
When our fibre was first installed we had faster!
Upload is 0.71 Mbps but it says our upstream rate  is 20mbps !
What is going on?

No news and tonight I am thinking of getting a 3G dongle as I am now under 1mb! So slow it's painful!
Certainly not receiving the fibre broadband I am paying for!
