Slow Fibre

I was informed that for the first 10 days my speed would fluctuate,  but 6 days in and i'm hitting the low 30 's when you estimated I would hit 77 mbs.  A bit of a difference! It doesn't appear to be creeping up like you stated it would. I'm paying for 80/20 speeds. Please sort this.

Hi Ad87,
I can't see any issues with your connection, are you currently connecting with a wired or wireless connection?
Are you able to run a speedtest too? http://speedtest.btwholesale.com run further diagnostics once the test has completed.

I've had the same problem, I'm 14 days into my connection. Estimated 72mbs when ordering, have had a maximum of 40mbs on occasion. Had an engineer visit only to tell me that everything is fine. I recieved an email from plusnet today saying that my estimated line speed is now 16.5mbs...
