Slow FTTC download after power cycling router

Had this since the evening of install. Ran brilliantly till we needed to turned the router off to have a tidy-up of the power cables after install Sad

Download speedachieved during the test was - 8.55 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 16 Mbps-77.44 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 77.44 Mbps
Estimated line speed:
75Mb (Accurate to within +/- 1Mbit) - Checked on 2013-03-01 22:16:05
Current line speed:
9.5 Mb
I'd imagine it just needs a kick at PN end as the current speed is rather suspiciously close to our old ADSL2 speed. Can't run the TAP3 test to confirm though as it seems dead again.
Can anyone at PN give ticket 67760216 a bump? Sure it's something simple but it's taking a bit longer for a response than I'd expect...

Someone on here from PN will pick up on it - or it might be worth speaking to the support guys who should be able to do it over the phone.

I've just checked your account and I'm not sure it's the right one, mind sending me a PM with the username please?
