Heya,
Not wanting to cause any issues, but I have noticed that my broadband speed has been slowly dropping off lately. I have run some test and I am getting maybe mid 30-40Mbps speeds. I understand that this could be caused by routers and modems being switched on and off. I have recently tried 'upgrading' to a Home Hub 5, which has caused a metric sh*t tonne of issues. So I am guessing that there maybe an issue with line profile or similar. I will be raising a ticket also, but I had noticed a bit of a spike in messages relating to speeds, so wasn't sure whether it may have been related to another service level problem.
Thanks in advance!

Hi SONiQz,
I can't see any obvious issues with your line, are you able to run a speed test and run further diagnostics? If you could let us know the results we'll take a further look.
