Slow Broadband speed...? Try stationary!

I got connected with my Plusnet Value package last Wednesday 9th June...During that time after countless line speed tests, the top download speed I have received is 0.03 Meg

It shot up on 1 test right up to nearly 6 for a split second but nothing more....
We are about 100 feet away from the exchange..

Can you post the stats from your router - attenuation, noise margin and speeds

Don't forget the 10 day training period for things to settle; also leave router on all the time until then.

Have you got filters on ALL other equipment plugged in to ANY phone socket? The most common one forgotten seems to be Sky boxes - EVERYTHING must be filtered.
