As a new customer to plusnet, I have not been able to access sky catchup or boxsets when connected through my plusnet router.
I just get a message saying "no programs of this type available". This only started happening after changeover to plusnet. I have connected wirelessly, new passwords etc from the sky wireless connector to the plusnet hub. All the settings say it is recognised with good signal strength. But still nothing.
I went through a chat with plusnet a couple of weeks ago and they advised changing the router settings to a higher channel and WIFI mode to 300. This didnt work either.
