Is there an issue with sky go at the moment. My android app says no connection even though there is. Using 3g the app works fine but not with plusnet. All other sites and apps working well.

An update my wife is having the same issues with her mobile and the plusnet connection. Her mobile on 3g is ok with sky go

Sky go (and other sky services) have issues.

Many thanks for the reply. I was confused as its working with other isps even at work today using another isp.

There was a problem with Sky wrongly determining some PlusNet IP addresses as US based rather than UK. See here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,130918.msg1175083.html#msg1175083 , this was affecting Now TV but could well be affecting Sky GO as well. Check if you have been assigned an IP from the affected range and if so, try disconnecting/reconnecting to get assigned a different IP.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
