We move to Plusnet last night from Orange BB. We have a Sky+ HD box that was used quite extensively for catch up tv. However today we are unable to download any programmes, the reason given is
FAILED REC:HTTP_403_FORBIDDEN
Is this a Sky or Plusnet problem?
We are using a Technicolor TG582n Plusnet router.
Any help very much appreciated

Hi robbiec3,
Firstly welcome to our community forums, it seems your issue may be linked to this thread. If you can log into your router and click disconnect then connect this will hopefully solve it for you.
Let us know how you get on.

Hi Chris
Ran a speedtest, speedtest.net, last night which showed my isp as INFONET Services Corporation with an ip 146.200.3.29
Tonight after reading your reply, I did another speedtest with the same result ie INFONET ip 146.200.78.234 I then done a disconnect/ reconnect
I'm still with INFONET ip now 146.200.90.183

Hi All
This morning and another speed test and I'm still with INFONET, ip 146.200.35.131. The Sky box can now download Catch Up TV so at least my wife's happy.

Hi robbiec3,
We're continuing work on getting the IP issue resolved. I'm glad that your Sky Box can download again now - apologies for the inconvenience caused.
