Sign in problem

I've just joined plusnet today.
I've set my phone and echo dot up on wifi but it keeps stopping and asking me to sign in . However when I go to sign in it takes me a plusnet info page.
Any suggestions?

@tony66 You say you've 'just joined Plusnet today'. Have you been advised that your service is fully configured and up and running?
