Sick to the back teeth of the poor speed of my broadband! :(

My broadband has been horrifically slow since I was connected five months ago. I begrudge paying for the service and can't wait to leave to a another provider. Can anyone offer advice on how to solve this incredibly frustrating issue???????

Hi quirkyboy,

Yes, tests are showing us there's a dropping connection fault, this in turn is causing speeds to drop.

All you need to do is report a fault with us over at http://faults.plus.net

Followed this procedure a number of times to no avail. When I click on the link it just says "broadband fault checker error".

Sorry to hear that, that's unusual as we're not aware of any issues with the faults troubleshooter.

In that case I'd give us a call so you can report the issue over the phone: 0800 432 0200.

Just to follow this up, I can see you've been through the fault checker and it has come through to the team here.

Looking back previously, it doesn't appear the fault checker has ever been fully completed, so if this issue has been going on a while it's best to let us investigate.
