My line has been banded again. This keeps happening every other month or so.
An BT engineer replaced our master socket, and everything has been fine up until this weekend. I have NO idea what is causing the problem.
I guess I'll create yet another ticket, but this is becoming a tired old charade.

Is there anything that could be causing the banding? Banding would only be applied if the connection is dropping out roughly 3-4 times a day.
I understand that an engineer has been and replaced the socket. Is there are sign of electrical interference anywhere nearby or is your router near any other electrical devices?

You really need to check if the DLM profile is set to Stable or Normal....
All my problems went away when the Boost Engineer had my line changed to Normal.
