my BB is eather dead or on its death bed ..... i know im in failed billing but this should not be effecting it... and 3 days in a row now i have had to click acknowlage.... what happend to fast reliable? not much of a fast or reliable service if i have to wait over 30minutes without BB?
Hmm, looks like you're still on the right service offer, though also looks like Saturday was a nightmare - really sorry about that. Everything looks fine on the account and I'll make sure things happen as we discussed, it does look from your connection logs like things have been more stable since Saturday evening?
