Should I Be Charged For An Unusable Connection

Do PlusNet have the right to continue to charge me if my broadband connection is virtually unusable.

No connection most of the time for the last 2 days. Speeds between 0.18 and 0.5 Mbps most of the time.

Ticket now open for 6 week and 3 engineer visits later.

Broadband connection is now the worst it has ever been.

Re: Should I Be Charged For An Unusable Connection

During the course of all your discussions with PN they will have provided you with various information about the speed capabilities of your line - or at least what BT reckon you should get - compare with results from https://speedof.me/

Are they delivering with the limits of quoted expected speeds  which would have been provided when you signed up?

Have any of the engineers said anything useful or informative?

What do PN actually say about this issue?
