Short term speed problem (I hope)

Over the weekend the broadband speed dropped.  This appeared to coincide with the phone audio being noisy when making calls.  I am currently checking this out with my phone provider but the problem appears to have cleared.
How long will it take the system to speed up my broadband?
I used to get about 7 Mbps download and the current BTW speed test has me at 0.48 Mbps.
For the record:
I'm running a BiPAC 7800N
ADSL
Mode ADSL2+
Dnl: 7,059 Kbps
Upl: 952 Kbps
SNR up: 6.8 dB
SNR dn: 12.1 dB
Line atten. up: 23.0 dB
Line atten. dn: 41.0 dB

Hi Strider,
I've just updated the profile on your account to match BT's.
You should see some improvement straight away, please let me know if not.

Hi strider,
Has this improved for you in the last hour and a half?

Re: Short term speed problem (I hope)

Hi,
I checked it again to day and things are a lot better.
It is a bit slower than it is normally so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will improve over time.
BTW results are:
Dnl: 5.72 Mbps
Upl: 0.91 Mbps
Latency: 26.63 ms
Thanks for the help : )
