Hi - been a user since start of January. Get excellent service in the morning and early afternoon. late afternoon the service becomes almost impossible to access internet, download or update etc. Overnight sometime service becomes excellent again. Any ideas?

In order to help us investigate this would you be able to test speeds using http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ in the morning/early afternoon and again in the evening whilst connected to the router using a network cable?
