Setting up wifi on an ereader

Hi, trying to set up a Kobo ereader for wifi, it finds the PN wifi but won't accept any passwords I've tried. Tried my own password that I use to access my PN account, won't accept it, tried the password from the router, won't accept it.  Any ideas please?

The password is the Wireless Network key which is on the plastic card which came with the router and it is case sensitive

Thank you, it works. when it asked for a password I didn't expect it to be a key.
