I'm a new Plusnet customer, we received a text today saying that our line is now activated, but when I plug in the router the Internet light remains red. Broadband light is steady green.
I followed the troubleshooting procedure (including a reset to factory settings), but it still doesn't work.
I'd like to get in touch with a Plusnet technician to get help, but the phone line dedicated to technical issue is shut, and the live chat is off. I can't even send a standard email to get in touch!
How can I get help?!
