Set up error

Hi all

I have connected my Mums router today for her. Everything seems fine, I connect to the network and then on trying to get to google to test it, it fails. Occasionally it’s taken me to the plusnet login screen where I’ve entered her details and get told that I am now connected and all set up.
But I can’t get to any web pages and am sometimes taken back to the plusnet login page.

Any ideas what’s gone wrong please?

I would be really grateful if someone could help. It’s really difficult to help her with this not living in the same house at the moment and she urgently needs internet access to keep in touch with friends and family.
