Service status announcements

I notice the service status announcements are still being made on the old forum site. Wouldn't it be better to have a section on this site for these messages to keep everything under one roof.

Hi Paul,
I think it would and I reckon this was discussed internally too (couldn't tell you what the outcome was though).
The Service Status tool is due a revamp so it's probably wise to wait until that work is complete before we look at propagating the posts to the forums.
