Has anyone else had this problem? I can set a ping going to a 'common site' (eg, Google, BBC etc..) and get very good response times. However, when using my connection for anything else these times shoot up to one, two, three, or even more, seconds, and if the activity is long enough my connection drops. It has been doing this for over a week and so far the ticket system on the help and support section has been rather pathetic. I have supplied extremely pertinent information but a resolution is still not in sight. Each time I am told that I have to wait 48 to 72 hours for an update. I notice that the time that Plusnet aims to fix reported problems is seven working days. Although that time has not yet expired (will do so on Tuesday evening) I am curious to know what should happen if that time passes and my fault is not fixed.
