Seriously Baffled, please help

Broadband activated this afternoon so Im just going through all the features and all the rest just to familiarise myself and I stumbled across something in my account details. In my account summary it says today I had a cessation charge activated, what is this all aboutHuh I don't recall asking to stop any service at all or is it there just incaseHuh Im all confuddled now!!  Embarrassed

As you suspected it's there just in case you cancel your broadband outright.

Phew, thank god for that. Was hoping I hadn't done something wrong this aft while I was arguing with Tiscali lol
