I completely lost everything on my PC when doing a restore with Acronis. After lot of flaffing I seem to have everything working except sending emails, I receive them fine. I ger htis message: Login to server SMPT.outitgoes.com with username relations@ j-towill.co.uk failed with a request to enter password. Howver it does not allow me to enter the password. Any ideas please?

Is there a typo error in your outgoing server - it should read SMTP not SMPT.

I assume that the space between @ and towill is also a typo?
More to the pont are you using an email client? If so, which and what settings are you using? Also if you are using a local client have you tried using the Plusnet web mail to see what happens?
