Hi there, first of all a warm welcome to the community forums.
I've run a few checks on your account and I'm not identifying a problem except that your router hasn't dropped the connection for 24 days. I'd advise to try turning the router off and on in the first instance.
Please let us know how you get on. (Also, if the lights flash on the router this is normal unless the ones labelled power or broadband are flashing)
