Having posted yesterday regarding three failed BT Openreach engineer visits, being 'stuck' in the BT system therefore escalated complaints not able to expedite urgent re booking.....I remain without an engineer appointment and internetless after 14 working days. Loosing work.....nightmare....... and faith that Plusnet can actually resolve. Two days away from a four day bank holiday weekend, inevitable and based on experience assume that matter will not be sorted before then. For information OFCOM guide Plusnet customers to CISAS.
Hi there, Sorry to see the current broadband situation you're in. I fully appreciate you frustration with this and have spoken to Luke regarding this. We'll do everything in our power to get this up and running for you without any further unnecessary delay.
