Hi, I'm trying to activate safeguard on my account and cannot get it to block anything at all. Any ideas what may be wrong? I've tried restarting the hub / waiting 2 hours / etc for several days and it just doesn't block anything. Is there some reason this might be happening? I googled and read something about DNS servers but apparently I can't change DNS on the Hub one anyway so hopefully the default setting should be compatible with Safeguard. Any ideas? Thanks.
