A few years ago (6 or 7 I’d guess), I used Safeguard to block various web categories, but also specifically Facebook. Seemed to work, and - honestly - I haven’t looked at it again for several years. Now I want to remove the block on Facebook. I eventually found Safeguard again (not easy now, it seems) and found it was switched off. It still seems to have a couple of categories blocked (Hate and Intolerance, and Pornography). There seem to be no other settings. No websites blocked.
After a bit of digging, I found that my router was still using Safeguard’s DNS servers. I don’t think I can manually change this at my Hub 2 router. So I have turned Safeguard back on and restarted the router. This hasn’t worked.
Any ideas?
I’d quite like to keep using Safeguard, but I want facebook and facebook messenger etc not to be blocked.

Are the DNS settings in your router set to the safeguarding ones by the PPP session ... or are your DEVICES being allocated the safeguarding DNS by the router's DHCP settings?
See Basic - Status
Primary DNS: 212.159.13.49

Secondary DNS: 212.159.6.9
And My Network
The above are the standard DNS server addresses - they could be what you are configured to, however the My Network DHCP configuration page could be allocating the safeguarding DNS addresses to attached devices, by auto being off and specific IP addresses being configured.
