I received the following information recently.
From November we’ll be boosting the upload speed of your service, going from 1.9Mbps up to a whopping 9.5Mbps, which should make uploading stuff to the internet quicker*.
It is now the 13th November and there is still no improvement in the upload speed. Has anyone else received the same message. What does the term From November mean. In my book it means within a few days of the start of November. Perhaps in Plusnet terms it means anytime after the start of November, which year, which month, when? Why cannot Plusnet be more explicit.?
