Can someone please help me understand how the spam filtering is supposed to work?
Many items in my spam folder are not spam but genuine messages. These are often newsletters or circulars I subscribe to. I click on the 'not spam' button each time I find them in the spam folder.
Why do they continue to show as spam?
An interesting thing is that one day these messages will get through to my inbox OK but the following day I find them in the spam folder again.
