Don't know what happened at 17:43. Presumably a drop in sync at a bad time of the day
Looks like a router reboot is needed at a better time of the day.

As you have a Billion BiPac 7800N, have you tried setting the target SNR, to say 4.5dB, on the '/snr.cgi' page ?

@Adam thanks for that and yes everything is back to 'normal'.
@purleigh thanks I was aware of that page but 1) my line might not take kindly to a forced SNRM at that level and 2) I prefer the BT system to pick it's own even though it does get it wrong occasionally.
