Router is not listed so i tried user defined but its just showing noise margin 0, connection speed 0,

That is unfortunate
Can you interrogate the router log and find out if the resync is at the same time or just randomly  somewhere during the night
Assuming it is random then the only solution is to raise a fault and hope that the checking system will spot something

HomeHubs are notorius for being a pain to get RS/DMT to do anything. It depends on version, firmware etc whether anything can be made to work.
When you got the stats in reply #12, have a look at the full address in your browser address bar when the stats are open.
In RSLite, after selecting User Defined, copy what's in the address bar and put it in the >Setip >URL tab making sure it's prefixed by only one http://
Add the login information on the Login tab. Try that and see if it works. If not, try this in the URL box - I haven't a clue if it'll work -
