Please can you reset my target SNR to 6dB, thanks. It's currently over 9 and hasn't changed since Openreach did some work on the line - I'd like to see if it can hold a decent connection at 6dB
Also following several repairs by Openreach my line attenuation has gone from 51dB to 59dB - that's an increased line length of ~ 600m on a 3.5km line to the exchange. Is there any way to request that this be restored to a more sensible line length?
