I've replied to your other post too, would it be possible to leave your connection on for the next few days so we can monitor your connection. Is seems that you're powering your router off when not in use which may have led to the slower speeds?

I've placed a SNR reset on your line, this will take around four hours to complete, when you're turning your connection off, could you do this by logging into your router and clicking disconnect and when you need to connect login and click connect to try and prevent the DLM from changing your profile?

yes will log into router next time i turn off, i didnt think it would make a diffrence just turning off and dissconecting but will try it from now on
just a quick question when you say dissconect in router, if i right click on my internet icon on desktop, and click "dissconect from" would that work the same as signing into router? or is signing into router best option?

You need to log in to the router to do it. If you use the icon on the desktop it'll only disconnect your computer from the router, it won't disconnect the router from the internet (which is what you need to do).
