Hi just a couple quick questions.
I've just moved to plusnet (2 days, great so far) and it's fixed all my previous ISP problems but it is slower (only 2.5mb) will this increase over the coming 8 days? As I'm currently on the 6db SNR but I'm assuming I'll be moved down to 3db when the DLM determines my line is stable? Also I see people requesting their upload uncapped now I am assuming mine is as its synced at 1.3mb and its annex L do you offer annex M or is that only for businesses ?
