Don't know what happened around midday today to 4pm but I had multiple disconnections
SNR has gone up to 27db from the normal 6db
my line is normally quite stable so could you please run a line test and reset if it checks out ok

@wrinkelyom From your description above, it looks like you had a phone line problem which has caused the DLM to intervene.
Hopefully, one of the Help Team will pick this up, but it may be helpful to check your current connection speed against your 'normal, and also post your router logs for that period (if they are still available).

unfortunately the line dropped out again today so had to call CS
line test was not conclusive so have to see what happens with the router in the master socket for a few days (groan)
annoyingly the Segem 2740 router does not have a Log page so will have to keep a note of the uptime and IP address
apart from that its been the best router I have ever had for keep going overnight on my long overhead line
