SNR has dropped... again

My SNR has dropped to 3 again. I had the same issue last month and it was resolved but has now returned.

See: https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/SNR-Margin-has-dropped/td-p/1473512

Can the settings be checked again?

Thanks

Re: SNR has dropped... again

Hi there, sorry to see your signal strength has dropped again. I have placed an order to correct this which will complete in the next hour so if you could turn the router off and back on in a hour or longer the connection should be back to normal moving forwards. Being this has happened again I have contacted our suppliers to pin the settings in place and to prevent any incorrect changes the automated system would try to make moving forwards.

Kind regards,

Ben

Thanks. SNR is back up to 6 now.

I was told the settings were going to be pinned last time...

I do hope that they stay pinned this time, if you experience any more issues let us know and we'll see if there's anything further we can do.
