SNR Too High Again

Can someone pls lower my snr to 6 as my sync has plummeted recently. There a few disconnections due to me restarting router to get higher sync but this has had a negative effect.
Thanks

Re: SNR Too High Again

Hi David,
I would more suspect a problem with your line is causing the SNRM to be moved up. Please gather the information requested in the speed issues thread at the top of the bb forum.

Re: SNR Too High Again

Morning David,
From looking at your account it seems that there have been a couple of disconnections over the past few days with a few in quick succession on Monday afternoon, was this the rebooting of the router you mentioned?

We had a delta report update on the 03/08/14 which dropped your speed profile from 7300 to 7200 but could I ask what kind of drop you're seeing on a speed test if possible. Checking your DLM data also backs up this slight shift in speed on the 3rd and your sync speeds also fall within this range and has been around here over the course of the last month. Checking your SNR it seems that you're currently showing at 6 and 6.3 on the up and down margins.
