SNR Target set request

Hi there,
If any Plusnet support is watching these forums can I please have my SNR target margin setup at 3db. Could I also ask for a IP profile reset please ?
In the end I had to opt for a Fritz!box 3390. Let's hope this router is going to be a much more resilient and secure option.
