SNR Reset

Are you running RouterStats? If another reset is attempted it would be good to see a track of what happens after the reset.

I reset at about 4am when Unlimited kicked in. I don't have RouterStats, does it like Macs?

I don't know of a MAC alternative.

Those stats look OK.
Definitely warrants another SNR reset.

I agree, but SNR resets don't seem to reset anything (at my end)

I'm in the belief that the SNR resets we've tried so far are going through but aren't helping to fix this issue so I'm going to advise going down the path of raising a fault: http://faults.plus.net
let me know how things go with that.
