SNR Reset

Hello,
I've recently had an outage on my broadband service (approx 2-3 weeks ago) and my internet speed had been unstable for some time after that. The line is now stable at 1.8Mbps but I usually got about 2.5-3Mbps before.
I believe this is because my SNR is currently higher than it used to be after all the recent problems. The SNR downstream is currently 12 and was wondering if its possible to have the target SNR reset please?

Morning Joe,
It looks like your line is steadily improving but its currently banded.
I've done the reset for you and increased the profile.
