Sorry to hear you've had issues with your line.
While I've not submitted a full SNR reset as I don't think we'd need to do this, I've remove the banding that's on your broadband connection. Banding is a form of speed restriction that sometimes happens at the exchange when there's a fault.
Your connection should drop soon for a brief moment, but when it's back up can you let us know how your speeds are?
