Yesterday my streets electricity went off knocking my router off. When it came back online noticed my SNR had gone from 6 to 12, which has slowed my connection. Please could I have it put back to 6

It looks like your line has been having a few disconnection as of late and not just yesterdays.

Have these been caused by you? I'm more reluctant to place a SNR reset if you're continuously having drops, it would be better to get to the bottom of them first.

Those are probably caused by me messing around with my new router. I generally haven't had major issues with the connection until this time when we had the electricity cut out.

I've placed the SNR reset on your line, it will go into a 10 day training period so it's advisable to leave your connection alone during this period.
