SNR Reset Request

The last couple of weeks the router had been randomly switching itself on and off, after much messing about checking for faulty cables/router etc. we discovered at the weekend that this was actually being caused by a faulty 'new' electrical extension lead, and not the router or cables (all checked and OK). The problem is now resolved with a replacement extension and the router has been in continuous sync with no problems for 66 hours thus far. However the numerous reboots caused by the electrical faults have gradually pushed the noise margin up to 12db.
I'd like to request a SNR reset if possible to get things back to normal. I had just been put on a 3db by DLM prior to problems which seemed stable, and had no problems at all on 6db.
Many thanks.
