SNR Reset Request

I recently swapped-out my microfilters for a filtered faceplate and switched to a better modem. I've waited a couple of weeks but DLM hasn't adjusted my SNR margin despite the line now being stable.
Please could you reset the SNR margin for me?

Woohoo!  Up from 1.8 to 3Mbps  Grin
The current Downstream BRAS rate is: 2.96 Mbps
The current Upstream BRAS rate is: 0.83 Mbps
Now I just need to wait for the Plusnet Profile to adjust.

Thanks Chris.
I just checked and my BRAS is still 2.96Mbps, but the Plusnet profile has only moved from 1.8 to 1.9Mbps!  I guess I need to wait for the next delta report to be processed?

Sorry about that, I've just changed it again. That should do the trick.

Perfect, and the router held the sync overnight so I'm hopeful the faceplate+router changes did the trick.
