SNR Reset Request

Hi,
My SNR has jumped up to 9db again and i'd hoped after nearly a week without a disconnection and no noticeable increase in errors the DLM would have automatically readjusted but nothing's happened so could I have my SNR reset back to 6dB please?

I've submitted an SNR reset, however if it keeps increasing to 9 then something is obviously causing that to happen.
