My SNR is way too low. I read online it should be at least 12db, and mine is below for upstream and downstream. I cannot play games, it takes about 2 minutes for videos to start streaming.
How can I sort this out?
(Yes, i've tried restarting the router. The slow connection also isnt being caused by my wifi at the moment, as I have had command prompt keep pinging my router and all is normal)
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Where do people find this rubbish that says the SNRM should be at least 12 dB? Possibly on the TP-Link website, but I can't find the exact page right now.
The standard target SNRM is 6 dB, that should be fine for most lines. Even some of the longer lines can work OK at a 3 dB margin.
Edit: Found a page which warns about SNR margins less than 10 dB.
