SNR Margin Stuck at 26 dB - IP Profile has been Bracketed - Need Reset Please !

Hi,
We just got back from being on holiday for 10 days, before we left we switched off all the electrics in the house at the fuse box.
When we got back yesterday night and booted our router it sync'ed up with a default SNR Margin of 26 dB and the sync speed is at a terrible 239 kbps.
Before we went on holiday (and for years) we have always had an SNR Margin of 6 dB and an average sync speed of 2500 kbps.
Please could someone help and reset our default SNR Margin back to the 6 dB we had before.
Also please can we be removed from this IP Profile Bracket we now seem to be locked into.

Many thanks & kindest regards

Would this have been prevented if user had closed modem down first via it's software Chris Lips_are_sealed

Hi Gel, yep we did that... just before leaving for holiday we disconnected the session via router software, waited 2 mins and switched off router, then waited 2 mins more and pulled the router wall plug, then waited few more mins before switching everything off at the fuse box... so it was a surprize to see our IP Profile had gone to a bracketed Profile while we were away. Now that Chris has reset the target SNR margin it seems back to normal again... Thanks again Chris Grin
