Had the snr reset last week and was getting 5.3m sync, noticed the other day now sync'd at 3.8 again and the snr jumped up. The line was stable for a while, but wondering if there has been many disconnections which would of caused this, please could someone check for me.
Thanks
Thanks

One disconnection on the 21st and another on the 23rd, both early afternoon. According to our radius logs you've been online since then 4 days and almost 18 hours ongoing).

That seems reasonable stable, so any reason why the SNR has gone up ? and then Sync speed dropping ?

There's nothing showing on our systems or on BTs - our logs are as above, and BT is showing you as on a 4500 profile since the 21st. What are your router logs showing?

BT's Ip Profile shows as 3000. (Speedtester.bt.com)
Router Sync 3776 down Up 448
Snr down 12.8
Last week it was
BT IP profile 3000 (Speedtester.bt.com)
Router Sync 5280 down 448 Up
Snr down 6
if that helps.
Should i reboot my router to see what it sync's at later when i get home ?

Adam
I did a reboot but still sync'd at the same as above,
BT Ip profile remains at 3000
Sync 3776 down
SNR 13
Interleaving is switched on, is it worth switching it off as the line if pretty stable

Ok Switched off interleaving and sync speed went up very slightly but the SNR is still at 13 ? The line is stable so not sure why its at 13 ?
Adam, any suggestions ?
