i have a very stable connection. I usually set my router to tweak from 6 to 3 but for some reason it is not making any changes today after an unexpected power cycle.

I think you'd be best keeping your SNR Target at 6db, it looks as though your line isn't happy syncing at 3db. I've requested this change manually to see if it'll bring the sync back up, if it doesn't we'll continue to investigate.

The Faults Team will include the notes from the engineer when they retest your line to ensure everything is working.

therefore my problem seems to have magically fixed itself without any intervention from the engineer. V strange indeed.
They were quite willing to still come round and check things but i thought it wasnt worth it, in hindsight i probably should have still got them round....
